The Procedure for Handling Claimed Copyright Infringement

How does Taiwantrade/iDealEZ handle reporting of intellectual property rights infringement?
Taiwantrade/iDealEZ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the users of Taiwantrade/iDealEZ to do the same. We contractually prohibit our users from using the service to provide products and/or services that infringe upon third party’s copyright, trademark and/or any other intellectual property rights; any such unauthorized use of other users’ or third party’s materials is strictly prohibited on Taiwantrade/iDealEZ.

The Procedure for Handling Claimed Copyright Infringement:

1. If you see any material on Taiwantrade/iDealEZ that infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, all you need to do is to fill out our NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, and mail or fax it to Taiwantrade/iDealEZ.
2. Upon receipt of the Notice of Copyright Infringement, Taiwantrade/iDealEZ will at once remove or disable the access to the content in question on Taiwantrade/iDealEZ, and will notify the User Owner of the content in question via e-mail provided by the User Owner to Taiwantrade/iDealEZ.
3. If your material is removed by Taiwantrade/iDealEZ, and you believe that the removal is in error, please fill out a COUNTER NOTICE, and mail or fax it to Taiwantrade/iDealEZ.
4. When Taiwantrade/iDealEZ receives a Counter Notice, Taiwantrade/iDealEZ will provide the Claimant of the Notice of Copyright Infringement or his agent with such Counter Notice. If the Claimant or his agent does not object to the Counter Notice nor provide proof of legal action within 14 working days upon receipt of the Counter Notice, Taiwantrade/iDealEZ will reinstate the removed content to protect the User Owner’s rights. If the Claimant or his agent does take legal action within 14 working days, Taiwantrade/iDealEZ shall have nothing to do with the issue thereafter. The issue will solely be between the Claimant and the User Owner.
5. In case of emergency (ex: infringement is claimed in overseas trade shows in which Taiwantrade/iDealEZ participates), Taiwantrade/iDealEZ has the right to unilaterally remove any content in question temporarily without notifying the User Owner of the content in question.

**In the event a Taiwantrade/iDealEZ user gets involved in intellectual property rights infringement three times or more, Taiwantrade/iDealEZ shall terminate all or part of the services provided to such user.
