Sign up for a PayPal Account

 

Starting from March 2010, Taiwantrade has collaborated with PayPal, the largest international online payment provider, to offer online electronic transaction service. Throw a few easy steps, overseas buyers will be able to purchase sample products from the Taiwanese suppliers through PayPal payment system.
Please follow the steps to create your PayPal account :

Step 1:

 Please go to paypal.com, and choose your country and preferred language.

Step 2:

 Click on "Sign Up".

Step3:

Determine what type of PayPal account you need. Taiwantrade would recommend you to sign up for a business account. It is for business owners who do a majority of their commerce online.
There are 2 other types of accounts: a personal account for use with online shopping, a premier account for use with periodically selling online (such as on eBay).

Step 4:

 Please choose why you would like to sign up for a PayPal account. Then click on “continue”

Step 5:

It shows the 3 steps to create a PayPal account. Please click on “Go” to start signing up for a business account.

Step 6:

 Please fill out your business information and primary contact information, then, click on “Continue”

Step 7:

You may add additional owners to the account. Or, press “Skip This Step” to continue signing up.

Step 8:

 Please enter your email address, password, and 2 security Q&As. Then, check to agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Finally, enter the security code.
Tips:

  1. Please note that you need to have a valid email address to use as your PayPal ID. All PayPal-related correspondence and financial transactions will be tied to this address.
  2. Please make sure to choose a password which is both secure and easy to remember. Your password will need to be a string of at least eight characters and is case sensitive.

Step 9:

 You may add a credit card or debit card to your PayPal account now, or click on “cancel” to do it later.

Step 10:

To complete your registration, you need to confirm your email address. Watch your email for a confirmation message from PayPal. (Subject: Activate Your PayPal Account!). Please open the email and click on “Click here to activate your account”

Step 11:

After click on “Click here to activate your account” in the email, it should bring you to the PayPal homepage. Enter your password on this page and click the "Confirm" button.

You have finished signing up for a PayPay account. You are now ready for buying samples on Taiwantrade!!
