To Taiwantrade Members and Users:

First of all, thank you for your support for Taiwantrade!

Because the regulations on intellectual property rights have become stricter in recent years, and Taiwantrade is soon to introduce online transaction payment system, to further protect your rights, we have amended Taiwantrade Member Contracts.

The amended Taiwantrade Member Contracts will take effect on December 28, 2009. Please be sure you read thoroughly the one that applies to you. (Click on Taiwantrade Supplier’s Contract and Taiwantrade Buyer’s Contract to read their new version.)

If you have any objections to the amended version, please let us know. If you continue to use Taiwantrade and/or do not express any objections before March 22, 2010, you will be considered as having read, understood and accepted the new version of the contracts.

To further protect your rights, Taiwantrade has also compiled “Terms of Use,” “Privacy Policies,” “Intellectual Property Right Infringement Policy” and “Product Listing Policy.” Please take time to read them thoroughly as well.
