2.Product Description: 

  It is used as a hot, viscous drink or cold drink in Taiwan, or set as a gel and served as a grass jelly.  It is suitable for every season.

3. Preparation:

Hot mesona：

(1)   One can mesona juice mix 4 cans water to boil

(2)   After boiled, switch fire to small and pour mixed 220g sweet potato flour with 300cc water slowly

(3)   Add 1kg sugar, switch fire to middle and boiling one minute

Mesona jelly：

(1)   Prepare well-mixed 220g sweet potato flour with 300cc water

(2)   Boil one can mesona juice mix 3 cans water

(3)   After boiled, switch fire to middle and pour half (1) materials slowly

(4)   Continuously stir mesona juice into dilute, pour left (1) materials slowly and add 800g sugar to boil one minute

(5)   Pour boiled mesona juice into model and cool down

Mesona tea：

(1)   Boil mixed one can mesona, 6.8kg water, 370g Chinese watermelon sugar to dissolve
