Silicone gel/rubber for optical encapsulation use

Introductions :

Due to the energy saver, best brightness and higher powder LEDs was applied on very field,as general illumination backlight for LCD,  and Automotive light. In encapsulation epoxy resin can not stand heat cycle

on applications，A new product Silicone rubber ,which had heat and weather resistant ,could be apply on electric circles and LEDs used.

RAY-8636H is high heat resistant additional type silicone rubber.

Transmittance% :              92% /450nm

Shore :                             70 (Shore A)

Heat resistance: :              260 ℃ over 30 min.

Operation process :

Weight :   Take RAY8636H-A與RAY8636H-B by10:1（weight ratio）well mixed（viscosity after mixed about 2000 cps）

Defoaming :  place the mixture in vacuum vessel，kept vacuum lower than 500 mmHg.

Filler : Be careful pouring silicone to the container, avoid occur bubble

Harden :  Preheating(60℃X 15 min then 100℃X 50 min). then Curing at 150℃X 240 min.
