Operation process
weight : Mix TR-7123 A and TR-7123 B by ratio 100:2~5(weight ratio)Viscosity about 90,000 cps after mixed , operation time about 30 to 50 min.
Defoaming : place the mixture in vacuum vessel,kept vacuum lower than 500 mg Hg(the lower the better) about 15~20min.
On line: Be careful pouring or coating this silicone to the surface, avoid occur bubble
Harden : Auto cured in the air.
