DP650 is an Automatic tube in & reel out taping system equipped with dedicated automatic tube loader, PSA sealer and heat sealer. The tube loader of DP650 is dedicated for SOP8~SOP28 packages. The throughput of DP650 achieves 3,000 pieces per hour when taping SOP8 150mil package. Designed to be simple, easy operated; tape width adjustment can be completed within 10 seconds without any tool. Built in infrared inspection system to check empty pocket and jammed component.
