Who is Jan Cheng

Jan-Cheng is Taiwan's leading lighting business group. We supply lighting products, including lamps, fixtures, luminaries, and lighting controls. Jan-Cheng was found in 1987, and has three related companies in Taiwan and one factory in China (Jiangmen city, Guangdong province) to serve all our customers (retail shops). We have nearly 3000 customers (retail points), and work closely with nearly 400 suppliers both in Taiwan and China. We are also the official Taiwanese distributors for PHILPS, OSRAM, and TOA.

What does Jan-Cheng offer?

Supply-chain integration:
So far we have had around 400 suppliers (including ODM and OEM factories). Our products are manufactured by different suppliers with our own designs or ideas. We evaluate our supply chain based on a list of criteria and customers’ feedbacks. We have made effort to find new products and new suppliers for our customers.

One-stop Shopping:
We offer many branded products including PHILPS, OSRAM, TOA, DanceLight, GreenLight and other brands. We can supply all kinds of lighting products, from LED lighting, lamps, outdoor and indoor fixture, decorative lighting, fans, to other any special lighting products.

Updating new products:
We are always keen to introduce the latest products and related information to our customers, via sales’ daily visits, conference, website, catalogue, and telephone marketing etc.

After-sale service:
We do not only sell our products but also our services. All new products need to be pass quality test before delivering to our customers. We place high priority to after-sale services, including refund, repairmen, guarantee, and related products information inquiry.

Logistic Services (Taiwan only):
We have our own warehouse and delivery system with more than 70 vans that transport our products to customers around the island. Through our logistic service, our customers are able to receive products ASAP.
