Noni is without a doubt a shining star of this century in the field of health preservation. Noni is our smart choice as it will give us the warmest care and nurture. When it comes to quality health foods, we must know how to choose them to derive the highest benefits, as summarized below:   

Level: the noni fruit’s quality is classified into several levels as to the type of fruit, soil quality, farming method, air, water, temperature, climate, and growth or the natural ripening.

Raw materials: the medicinal noni species are especially selected, which are organic noni fruits guaranteed to be pollution-free.

Ripe fruit: ripe fruit is especially selected (The ripe fruit is selected by well-trained personnel from Taiwan agriculture and production and marketing).

Purity: the 100% noni enzyme without the adding of additives is the best!

Fermentation: the essence of the noni enzyme is fully released, and the unwanted alcoholic content is removed. The production process consists of two stages of fermentation to extract the essence of the noni enzyme. In the first stage, the aeration/oxygenation fermentation method is adopted to remove the small amount of alcohol, CO2, and other volatile substances; in the second stage, the closed/anaerobic fermentation method is adopted. After fermentation at fixed temperature, time, and pressure, the concentration separation technique is adopted to remove the crude fibers and other residues of nutritional value. Noni is an enzyme. Unlike other noni brands that include the flesh in the juice, we only want the noni essence, not the flesh! Like the way the chicken essence is yielded, we remove the flesh and residue to yield only the pure noni enzyme essence.
